What is the status of my order?

You will be asked to create an account when you are placing an order. You will be able to access all your orders and statuses through the Accounts page once you are logged in.
This includes status of current order, tracking #s as well as past orders.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Simple, reach out to us at info@amalabotanicals.com and we can get back to you within 24-48 hours to resolves any issues you may have.

Please note that if an order has already shipped, unfortunately we would not be able to cancel. Even changing anything on already shipped orders is pretty limited so please keep that in mind. You can check the status of your order through your Account page or just emailing us.

What forms of payment to you take?

We gladly accept PayPal and all major credit cards via the PayPal site. Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to be able to use this.

However, the ultimate payment is recommending us to your friends, family and other great clients like yourselves. What would be even better is if would take it one step further and post a pic of you using our products and tag us @amalabotanicals on your favorite social media platform.


How fast is your shipping?

Your orders should arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link to follow.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange & return policy?

We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.

Shipping errors: sometimes accidents / mistakes happen, and we relish learning from ours, so if our products arrive damaged, incorrect or if we forgot something, feel free to reach out to us let us know, and we will be happy to make it right.

Do you list all the ingredients in your products?

Yes, all ingredients we use are listed on each of our products

Do your products contain parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals, artificial fragrances, preservatives or colors?

No, none of our products contain any of the above listed artificial chemicals, we only use natural plant-based ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Yes, 100% of our products of organic.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, our products are not tested on animals.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our products are suitable for vegans as there are only plant-based ingrediencies that are used.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We indicate on each of our products which skin types they are suitable for.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes, majority of our products are safe to use on children and will be indicated on the label of the products if it is not appropriate to apply on young children.

How long do your products last?

As our products are made with natural plant-based ingredients with little to no preservatives included, the shelve life of our products are 3- 6 months.

Can I purchase samples?

No, at the moments we are not selling samples, but this could change in the future.

Why is the color or scent of my order different from my last purchase or from the picture?

Although we use the highest quality natural ingredients, due to the seasons, time of the years and other environmental factors, sometime there might be slight difference in the color and scents of our products. However, if there are issues that arise due to a product becoming rancid or bad please refer to out exchange and refund policy session.

Will face oils make me break out?

If you are using the right oil for your skin, facial oils should not break you out. However, it is always advisable to discontinue using a product if you have an adverse reaction to it.

How are your products packaged?

Our products are packed in reusable tins, here are Amala Botanicals we are striving to limit our carbon footprint and using packing that is environmentally friendly.
